NO RETURN POLICY - I understand that North Shore Shark Adventures has a NO RETURN Policy on any items in this purchase unless the items I receive is not what I requested.

Gift Certificates - I understand the difference between Gift Certificate categories and have requested to purchase exactly what I intended to. I understand that Gift Certificates are NON-refundable.
